We can adapt your curriculum and or supporting resources to meet your current and future needs while reflecting current best practices in adult education.
Trans-cultural & Gender Appropriate Training
We have a vast network of international and indigenous trainers who can evaluate, design and/or adapt training to ensure your training program is appropriate for use in specific cultures or in culturally diverse workplaces or communities. We help ensure that your training is appropriate and accessible to all cultures and genders.
Change Initiatives
Change often requires new knowledge and skills and adapting to new situations. We collaborate with many businesses to support organizational change initiatives and with non-profit organizations supporting behaviour change programs for community health/social development.
Training for Trainers
We offer a unique Train-the-Trainer experience where trainers focus on developing their facilitation skills while practicing a range of experiential learning techniques and creating their customized “Training Toolkit”. Trainers receive follow-up coaching and mentorship to achieve their individual training development plan.
Training Facilitation
We are able to provide training delivery services to meet your organizational needs. We deliver training in both English and French.
