ABOUT US
The Train Station is an international training consultancy based in Canada. We are a network of trainers and training developers, designers, and visual communication specialists that collaborate with businesses and organizations to develop high-quality, accessible, participatory training programs that deliver results.
Our Training Conductor is Jen Rosenthal who is a Certified Training Development Professional (CTDP) through the Institute for Performance & Learning. She holds a Masters in Design and applies her design skills to the development of effective training programs and resources. She has worked and lived in many different countries and has won national and international awards for training programs and resources she has developed. Much like a Train Conductor, Jen coordinates and manages her crew to ensure everything runs smoothly and ensures customers have an enjoyable and positive experience.

WHERE WE WORK
We specialize in international and trans-cultural training and have work with governments and NGOs to design and/or deliver training for social and economic development programs around the world. We have trained trainers in several countries and delivered training in a range of cultural contexts including many indigenous communities.
We also work with a range of national and multi-national industries, (manufacturing, transport, tourism, construction) to design employee orientation experiences, effective health & safety training programs or customized training related to new products, processes and/or services. We specialize in making complex technical information clear and accessible using Plain Language, visual communication methods and considering the needs of employees with English as a second language or with literacy needs.
